The State has the burden of proof here not the defense and the state has failed to prove this one major point "Was Casey even with the Car on the Dates claimed Caylee Died?" This may seem unreal to believe they wont try to prove this but all my sources have informed me they won't even touch this point because it will back fire on them if they even try bringing it up. Why? because they can't prove it! So what does this mean? It means they are trying to convince the jury that everything to do with this car should be assumed to be the responsibility of Casey which I believe leaves plenty of room for doubt! Casey you may be actually guilty but based on the state's "stretch of facts" case you will probably be let off the hook! Your thoughts?
George & Casey are the only ones with keys. I dont think the state will have to prove the car was with Casey every minute since they are the only one with keys. Theres no evidence anyone else had access to the car & if I were on the jury, just that would convince me she was the only one in the car. A little common sense is all that is needed.
